Leilani,

Ok, The Cavitt Ranch is tops on my list.  What a beautiful castle home.

Steve, sight unseen...perhaps you'd be attracted to the Cavitt Ranch Castle, but it sits below a very busy boulevard with the backyard facing the road noise. The Bella Terra Estate would definitely be my choice, which is why it sold for so much more per square foot. Oh well, it doesn't matter. We're too late. :)

Pat, this is quite fun to blog an "Extreme Homes" series for properties sold in my area...I've already posted 4 cities and have plenty (???) more to come! :)

Leilani

P.S. I know the Cavitt Ranch Castle description doesn't have this info...but there is also an elevator in this home! :)

I completely agree with you, Brian...the cost to build this extravagant home (without even considering the price of the lot) far exceeds how much it sold for! :)
