Housing is popping up @ Robertson Ranch in Carlsbad, Ca. Shapell Homes a Beverly Hills community developer brought 211 acres of land from the Robertson family trust for $30million-plus to build the second half of the ranch.

Brookfield Homes:

Brought the eastern half 7 now Shapell has purchased the western half. The new project will include 8 to 10 acres of commercial development, probably a shopping center, with apartment buildings, senior housing, affordable housing & townhomes.

The master plan allows Shapell to build 680  units. Brookfield portion was partnered with William Lyon Homes & D.R. Horton, Inc. to build 600 homes.

If all of these projects are completed it will mean thousand of job for years to come In North San Diego County.
