Have unfortunately, never had the opportunity to visit Montana. This picture of Livingston has a close resemblence to our little Southern Oregon town of Jacksonville. Thanks for sharing, Jason!
Laura - Livingston is quite the community. The history here is unbelievable. If I remember correctly, there are over 100 buildings on the National Historic Register and the train depot was designed by the same architect that designed Grand Central Terminal in NYC. It was the stopping point for affluent Eastern travelers heading into Yellowstone Park, now a museum with a number of local businesses in portions of the terminal as well.
Karen - you'd love it Karen. It has a population of around 7,000. Big enough for all the necessities, but small enough to keep it's charm and character. Better yet, it's an hour north of Yellowstone National Park. If you come, make a trip around the 4th of July to take in the parade, rodeo and farmers markets.
All best,
Jason Frey
What a cool looking town!
