Hi I need some information and I hoping you can help me I respond with not sure but I will try. She then says they have been doing some remodeling around the house and wanted to know about some questions about making improvements that would affect the price of the home.
She then tells me that her husband and her are planning on selling within two years and she wanted to know if she should get stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. I said tell me what it is that you have completed in the home to update it. She said new carpet, new cabinets, new tile etc... She then say that she told her husband that stainless steel is in and he said what does the appliance matter as far as color. I told her what is that you want me to say here did you want new stainless steel appliances? Because really for m to tell you what the hot kitchen appliances will be within two year would be tough. So I said if you want new appliance tell your husband I said stainless steel is ht right now.
I then asked her about bathrooms and then on to the bedrooms. She said that the bathrooms were finished with all new tile, fixtures and vanity. I asked to make sure that the home didn't have a pink or blue toilet or tub and she said no they had been recently replaced too. OK I said what about paint, wallpaper etc... she said that when they bought the house it was all wallpaper and they had removed all of it except the master bedroom. I said honestly if I was going to do anything I would remove the wallpaper and then that should do it. She said but what about the stainless steel appliances.
I have a feeling I was used today to get new stainless steel appliances LOL.
