Commentary - Based on the figures above, this past year in real estate was better for Chagrin Falls in terms of the number of sales and average sales price than in 2009. It should be noted that many other area suburbs saw a decrease in the number of sales this year, so things actually weren't too bad here.

Also, if you are not familiar with Chagrin Falls real estate, the lower priced homes listed above are condos. Finding a single-family home under $200,000 in Chagrin Falls is typically very difficult as real estate here is among the most expensive ( in terms of price per square foot ) in the entire Cleveland Metropolitan area.

Overall, Chagrin Falls is still deemed as being one of the most highly desirable cities in which to live and work.  With a great town center, excellent rated schools, and wonderful amenities, homes in Chagrin Falls are sought out by those relocating to Cleveland, as well as local area buyers. The homes within walking distance to "The Village", or town square, are usually in high demand during any market.

We anticipate homes sales and average sales price to remain around the same for 2011, although we do foresee increased activity in the Chagrin Falls luxury home market this year.
