ERA Priority One Real Estate Services Professional can now "arbitrate" your property taxes

El Paso Texas September 21 2006 - Local real estate professional Cynthia Morris of ERA Priority One Real Estate Services in El Paso, Texas just completed the mandatory  30 hour property tax arbitration course and is in the Texas registry of approved property tax arbitrators.

The state of Texas recently passed legislation that allows the tax payer one more remedy after the Appraisal Review board being arbitration.  The non biased and professional hearing is final and binding and may offer one more avenue to tax payers managing their property values and taxes.

"How wonderful that the disgruntled tax payer can present their side of the property tax and valuation in a location outside of the Appraisal District and with non Appraisal District personnel, says Cynthia Morris.   I am honored to be part of this remedy as so many tax payers feel helpless with the past processes and will strive to make this additional process a valuable solution."

Cynthia is CRS, ePro and a multi-million top dollar producer and prides herself on the recommendations and referrals of her customers.  Cynthia is married to Tommy Morris, a licensed Professional building and residential Inspector and Custom Residential Home builder.

As part of ERA Priority One Real Estate Services, Cynthia will be able to offer homebuyers and sellers a wide variety of valuable products and services including online listings, home warranty plans, the ERA Sellers Security Plan (we will purchase your home guarantee) as well global internet marketing and virtual tours of your home.
