According to the news, this may be your best opportunity to buy as much a home as possible that you are comfortable owning. We are up against unprecedented times when it comes to buying opportunities.  Housing prices vary dramatically from house to house, neighborhood to neighborhood.  Interest rates are at an all time low historically speaking. Leverage is strong with the right ingredients.

Some communities and neighborhoods have strong inventory, some mixed with bank owned and short sales.  If you have the time, you may have the opportunity to leverage a short sale.  If location is most important, you may be able to leverage a bank owned or a regular sale. 2003 is old news, and 2011 is the New  Reality.  It appears that everything is in alignment for success.

For some, it may be the right time to leverage some cash flow and purchase a second home or investment property. We are are the right time and place to leverage what you have to increase your future wealth. We know we cannot survive off Social Security alone!

There is magic in owning your own home, a place to create and build memories to last a life time.  Its important that we never lose sight of that, even during these challengeing economic times.

The Bay Area has had it's ups and downs, but the job market is looking up.  Let 2011 be a stand up year for you and your family.  We don't know what will happen in 2012, but for today, we know that leveraging your dollars to build a home in your dream location, with the right tools at hand, you will find success!
