The number of closed sales, and median and average sales prices in Rocky Hill have increased for single family homes in 2010 over 2009 while the average days on market decreased in 2010 versus 2009! As we saw with the Wethersfield single family home market statistics, the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit incentivized first time home buyers to buy their first homes which then enabled existing home buyers to "move up" and buy larger, more expensive homes at near historic low-interest rates.

The median and average sales prices for Rocky Hill single family homes sales are close to the high values we saw in 2006 and 2007 despite these difficult economic times.
