Emomedia.net Just got done doing a shoot with Pam Sitterly of Remax Tomball. She gave us a big thanks for our nice photos. Her listing in Thousand Oaks subdivsion in magnolia recently got our photos photo package along with aerial photos. Her listing was on line with har.com for 3 weeks and got two showings. After we shot and loaded our photos she got 5 showings in 7 days.

I find my self asking other agents how can you not use professional photos? It a no
brainer to me.
I've always been a proponent of using a professional photographer as long as it's economically feasible. Our clients deserve the best and having professional photos, as you point out, are a great way to get more showing thus more potential buyers.
thanks.. started doing this business on the side after I sold my house and found my professional photos got me my asking price then bought a house that we almost did even go look at... really realized that the real estate business had changed due to the internet!
