How to attack your business plan

First, let's summarize the basic steps essential to our business plan:

•·                               Determine your goals: write out your goals and dreams and how to achieve your corporate mission in as much detail as possible. From your budget you will determine the standards and minimum actions required to achieve your dreams.

•·                               Include a recipe for success: Determine the profitable actions that you must take, putting in your essential ingredients: a process, a protocol, standards and realistic deadlines.

•·                               Identify the ways to achieve this: calculate how much time and money and what the best ways to achieve your goals and your results are. Above all, know how to best distribute the energy you'll need to expend to get there. Balance your life!

 It is important to find the following points in your business plan:

 Good advice on how to establish and maintain your business plan:

  • Update it before the year begins, or at the very beginning of the new year.
  • Be realistic and consider your actual capabilities (rather than the ones you wish to have!) Better to have modest goals and exceed them than set them too high and end up discouraged. And, by surpassing your goals, you will have more positive thoughts and you will be proud.
  • Don't "over-improve" your goals for next year, but base them on a realistic expectation on how much they can increase, if you wish. It's a personal project, but you can share it with your partner(s) for moral support. This will also help them understand your goals, your objective and motivation. In addition, you can schedule your holidays and the time you'll spend together!
  • A team business plan can also be drafted. This will determine clear objectives for everyone. You can hang a schedule that can be viewed at any time in the office. The team will have a challenge and enjoy trying to meet it.

they are so important and to have them written down and visualize is equally important. I believe you have to have a way to measure your progress.
