E-SIGNATURES now over 10 years old!
Since President Clinton signed the ESIGN Act in June 2000 the E-Signature has simplified and expedited interstate and foreign business. Tom Gonser, Founder and Chief Strategic Officer of Docusign, Inc. stated recently that E-Signatures have had the most effect on real estate transactions.
