When the agent updates the listing details on their website, the Facebook page automatically updates as well. Friends and Fans can then share the listing details spreading the word about the property across their social network. This is the power of social media and the reason it works so well for marketing: social media takes the traditional word of mouth marketing and magnifies it, enabling businesses to broadcast their offerings to a large audience at a minimal cost.
