Living in a small village on the West Bay of Galveston is great. Fishing at your back door, bird watching, the sounds of the bay, but one thing we have little of is dining out opportunities. Unless of course your neighbor has something on the grill!
Don’t get it wrong there is plenty of wonderful food just 10 miles to the island, but what about those nights when you are not wanting to cook, you just don’t want to drive far or take out would be perfect. That’s when you go to the local ‘Bistro’……just 2 minutes from any home in the village. 
The Bayou Bistro is a small intimate hang out with a full bar, big screen TVs and food that you won’t forget. The pasta is great, the Tuna divine and just enough room to get wonderful service.
So next time you come to Bayou Vista Texas, make time to stop by and have a bite to eat and meet some nice folks…And you if you should be looking to buy real estate,
