I’m A Member of Realtor.Com, Now What?

Real Estate Agent with 1st Cornerstone Realty
I joined realtor.com a few months back and I’ve been pretty happy with the results. I have a few listings so I’m getting some pretty good advertising on the web site. They say that it’s the #1 consumer site for house hunters. I can’t go and say without a doubt that it has gotten me any new clients. Its great to have a showcase listing and your listing pops up first, but does this warm and cozy feeling I can tell my sellers about justify me paying a yearly membership fee? Are there any other realtors out there that find realtor.com a necessity? I’m starting to wonder if I should just go back with the free listing on their site because I’m not getting any more buyers than before paying for the service.

I never got any increased response by being the first listing to show up, and I stopped subscribing to that.  I do think the showcased listings with enhanced information are an advantage.

I use serveral sites to create more web presence, but Realtor.com seems to be the best.  Honestly

I like realtor.com's showcase because it does make my listings stand out on the list of properties.  You can also get some value out of it by getting their information to incorporate into your listing presentation booklet.  They have some neat statistics and printouts and flyers to help you sell yourself and get that listing.  Those have come in handy as well to obtain the listing and satisy your sellers when they see their home showcased.

I believe in numbers (to a point) and number don't lie (most of the time). If it isn't delivering leads why waste money there.
