Neat approach!  Do you get much feedback on the videos?  Do people prefer them or are theymore likely to want the standard MLS fact sheet?  I would think that those that view the videos become (or possibly already are) more likely buyers.

We gotta get you some lighting, though (lol!!)

Hey Joe,

some of these do not have the best light, but the clients seem to like it. As far as response... We listed a house last week, call came from video - is that what you are looking for? And I get at least a call a week now from buyers. Trying to narrow down what they are calling on...

What a fantastic idea!  I'd never have thought to do a video tour of someone else's listing, but what a great way to let my sphere know about a great local bargain, huh?  I am officially inspired!!!

Rhonda, this actually works really well. I sometimes run into a great opportunity or something that is a little funny... Check back tomorrow - I have the flippers dream coming. 

Jane, I KNOW... It is crazy isn't it. Now do the math on where the taxes are at, we have a lot of 2% all of a sudden don't we?
