Well folks, we made it through a rough 2010 a little wiser, slightly tired, and pretty beaten up. The good news is, 2011 has started off with a BANG! As I sit here writting this, buyers are jumping off the fence in record numbers! I don't know about you, but we are thrilled that interest rates are on the move.
We should all do everything we can to get remotivated. Take a class or get out and listen to a business speaker. Many of us got a little discouraged after last years lagging sales, and we even lost alot of competition,Lenders and Realtors alike. You know what that means?? More for us!! Lets get out from behind those desks and throw some gasoline on those embers! 2011 is going to be fantastic!!!
