  5. Place an ad in the newspaper or "Homes Buyer's Journal".
  6. Place supra lock-box on your door for easy access for other agents. This will also track the activity of agents showing your home.
  7. Distribute "Just Listed" fliers in your neighborhood to encourage your neighbors to tell their family and friends.
  8. Target other "top Realtors" that work in your area.
  9. Phone and email potential buyers from my inventory.
  10. Hold open houses.
  11. Provide you with weekly updates.
  12. Enroll property in Centralized Showing Service to manage showings and feedback.
  13. Obtain showing feedback from other agents and share it with you.
  14. Pre-qualify potential buyers with a lender.
  15. Present and discuss all offers on the property.
  16. Manage the transaction from start to finish.
