Hey Michael, you did quite a bit of research there to get all that information together, and it was very impressive.  Thanks for sharing!!

Also, pleae keep in mind, you buyers will all need a good pre-qualification done so as not to waste their time or yours in confirming they can actually purchase the property.  I've written a couple of articles about that as well, you may want to review at http://miamihomeloan4u.com/purchasing-a-home-new-home-loan/.  That article can give you buyers some direction on getting started.
