I Finally Launched My Own Las Vegas Real Estate Brokerage

After much talk, I finally took the plunge and opened my own real estate brokerage in Las Vegas.  Shelter Realty Inc, officially launched on January 1st, 2011!  The website was launched yesterday, but I still have a few bugs to work out and finish the new MLS search feature.  Take a look and let me know what you think of the new site.

The two main focuses of our business will be property management and short sales.  I will be overseeing the property management division and my short sale agent, Paul Rowe will handle the short sale division.

I am really excited and already have plans to open in a new market very soon!  This should be a great year!
