The new year is here. And before last year fades from memory, we have a chance to look back to real estate sales activity for the Arista Series homes in Braemar for the last two months of 2010. What's an Arista Series home? Brookfield Homes with the following floor plans: Allister, Buckingham and the very popular Canterbury.
Unfortunately, there were absolutely no resales of any Arista Series homes in Braeamar during the months of November and December. So for concrete numbers in the sold column, we'll have to rely on the last Braemar Property Value Report for Arista homes.
There are currently three Canterbury models on the market, and two are under contract. Their list prices range from $405,000 to $447,500. Two are Short Sales and the other a Foreclosure, so by next report, we will have a definite market value for you. That will be when the next Braemar Property Value Report comes out in March.
