My New Samsung Galaxy Tab Is Here......LOVE THIS THING!

Ok....my new Samsung Galaxy Tab arrived today and I'm having so much fun. It does everything I had hoped it would....I'm in love!

I have my MLS...and I get the whole big site, not just the Mobile Version. I have my Zipforms Mobile, Trulia, Facebook, Docusign, Gmail, text messaging, Contacts and of course....Active Rain right at my finger tips.

My phone can now just answer phone calls.

I'm going to try it out with a client tomorrow, but I can now email myself the listings I'm going to visit, and then open them on my Tab. No more paper print outs and no more wishing I had more information. I can pull up everything! I'm so happy.

It's also really fast....on my home Wireless Network and on the 3G at Target.....Happy!

Ok....got to go, playing on my Tab

This looks great. I especially like the idea of emailing yourself the listings you're going to show instead of bringing paper printouts.

How about a follow up post after you've broken it in?

Karen- Have fun with it. I was previewing a house for staging and the Realtor had her Galaxy and loved it! I keep trying to find reasons for why I might need one. Oh well.... who needs a reason!

I played with one the other day.. it's basically just like a mini-Ipad. I haven't, yet, been able to justify the I-pad, and I can't justify the Galaxy either. It's a fun toy, though.

I paid $350 through Sprint and it's $30/month for data. I've only found that sometimes I can't access this text box. :( but everything else is going great.

This is the same size as a Kindle and has Kindle capabilities....which is neat. It's a 7-inch screen but zooms the same way an i-phone does.

Ok....so I've emailed my listings to myself and can pull up the webpage on my Tab. Then I put all my notes on the Memo feature. Totally paperfree. We'll see how this goes.

Sounds wonderful Karen, I was waiting myself for the Ipad 2 to have 4G and no luck there either. I like that it totally portable and boots up super fast. Your big benefit is it plays flash videos unlike apple.
