When I came in to pick up my replacement laptop, he put the icing on the cake and gave me more than I expected. My hats of to him and to Kevin Ashby in the Tech Support Department as well as to Yelena Dickson in sales (who...by the way...was fantastic!)
Brian got me everything I need to conduct my real estate busness in Team Colorado Vistas at RE/Max Professionals and is going to help my clients receive the expert time and attention they deserve when buying a home here in the Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and surrounding communities and towns in one of the greatest states in the union.
I also give a quick update to the Denver housing market and what we're seeing out here as agents. One other item to note: as of 1-19-2011, I'll be a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) as well as a Short-Foreclosure Resource as I am now. I LOVE IT! What that means is that buyers & sellers will be able to...use me...to negotiate their short-sale offers with a higher percentage of acceptance. For those looking to sell their home to avoid the sting of foreclosure, they will experience a much quicker and smoother sale than those without the knowledge, certifications, and over 3 years experience I have had in the mortgage industry itself!
