01/13/11 - San Dimas Weekly Home and Condo Market Update

Take a look at current San Dimas Homes and Condos for Sale!

This week, there are no changes in Active San Dimas Home Listings, at 70 just like last week. With regards to San Dimas Condos, active listings actually decreased by 4 (from 27 down to 23). This brings the total of Active San Dimas Residential Real Estate Listings 93.

With regards to active Standard Listings compared to listings of homes/condos in some state of foreclosure, there has been a decrease in active Standard Listings (from 46% down to 44%), while active Short Sale Listings jumped from 40% to 44%.

Besides the currently active San Dimas Homes and Condos, there are 11 San Dimas Homes and 5 San Dimas Condos in Back-Up Offer Status. 26 San Dimas Homes and 6 San Dimas Condos are Pending Sale.

Sincer 01/01/2011, a total of 4 San Dimas properties have closed Escrow - all 4 are Single Family Homes, ranging from $388,000 to $607,000.
