For those of us who've always called Oklahoma home, it can be tough to see what our city really looks like from an outside perspective, but when one publication after another touts the strength of our city and our real estate market, it's undeniable. In yet another Top 10 list, Oklahoma City's real estate market is named one of "The 10 Real Estate Markets That Will Thrive in 2011." Here's a little bit of what they had to say about our great city:

Why Oklahoma City is unique: Oklahoma City has been called “recession-proof” by Forbes, NPR and USA Today – Newsweek pointed to growth in OKC’s energy and aerospace sectors as keeping unemployment rates low and attracting a growing workforce into the city. These are the people we predict will buy homes there, over coming years – especially given how utterly affordable OKC homes are, relative to the national average.

Ryan, thankfully some of OKC's strength trickled down the interstate, as we're doing pretty well in Tulsa also. And, glad to be enjoying decent weather too!!
