You are all so nice and thank you for your comments. I love to work and many sellers aren't willing to go the extra mile even to sell their own property. They don't believe me sometimes that it WILL make a big difference in marketing time and offer amount. 

I love my job and am so blessed to have the physical ability and the knowledge to do many home improvements projects because my wonderful husband is a fine home builder/contractor.
