These homes are just breathtaking examples of what the Lake Winnipesaukee lifestyle is all about. 2010 was a challenging year in the real estate market, but as you can see, there was good activity in the higher end market. Located in the highly desirable Sewall Road area of Wolfeboro, the oldest resort town in the US, this home sold in March for $4,250,000, 13% less than the asking price of $4,900,000. after being on the market for 283 days. With 247 ft of frontage offering long views of the lake, 1.1 acre of land and 6,630 finished sq ft, this home definitely has it all.

This beautiful property closed in October for $6,839,000, which was only 2% less than the asking price of $6,999,000. after being on the market for 419 days. This recreation turn of the century handcrafted lake home offers luxury and views from every room in the house. With a birds eye view from the roof deck, incredible kitchens, soaring stone fireplaces in law appt., outdoor kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and the list goes on and on, you have it all. It had a double boathouse foundation installed and a permit in place for a large, W-shaped dock.
