This Pentastar subdivision townhome located at 113 Michelle Drive on the Northwest side of Santa Fe not far from DeVargas Mall and the Historic Plaza has been sold. This is one of my residential listings which sold in 62 days and closed on the 2nd to last day of 2010! The asking price was $425,000. New Mexico is a non-disclosure sate and the sale price can not be disclosed here or on Zillow.
