Our office was recently awarded the HUD contract for several areas and we do have a few homes pending. Last I looked, we have 28 HUD homes active. As far as homes moving in our area, we have been fortunate , no drastic drop in sales; however, home prices are lower. It is a great time to be a Buyer.

Yes, doing a lot of postings on these properties... my broker actually is the designated listing broker for our HUD homes.
