Well meet Sandy... 75 years young and ready to sell her house and move closer to her children.
Sandy gets it! It hasn't been easy for her because she knows her mind and she knows what she wants. But during our consultation, I focused on the fact that the sooner her house is Staged and the MLS photos taken, the sooner she can be with her children.
With no one here to help her, and because she wants to make sure her treasures are protected, Sandy is doing all of the packing herself! Many of the items are her own artwork.... paintings, needlepoint and stone sculptures.
She has found someone to help her take her boxes to the storage unit that she found the day after our consultation!
