We have set aside December 20, 2012, to sit down as a team and lay out our marketing strategies for 2013. Each of our pillars will get touched in a variety of ways.
Here are lessons we learned in 2012:
1. The majority of our clients are in the 25-35 year old bracket. They have cast email and phone calls to the side in favor of texting normal conversations.
2. Buyers and sellers LOVE electronic contracts that get circulated by emails. They are giddy about the process.
3. Buyers usually ally themselves to the first agent or lender who answers their text messages with speedy, text messages that pack a punch.
