Charlie: I wish I could say that for Fannin.  There's almost as much snow in my yard and road as there was a few days ago, but it is getting better in places.  If a lot of doesn't disappear today, then I'm sure the rain coming in will take care of what's left.  Glad to see warmer temps too.

Finally back to normal temperatures!  I guess the GA buyers are starting to come out of hibernation.  The phone was really ringing today!
