Happy Monday everyone!
Ok, so I have a very long list of things to do this week, but I'm ready for it! This accountability BLOG has
really helped rocket my business and keep me focused! Here is what my plans are for this week:
- Find 30 $2.00 bills to use for marketing to local Realtors that I want in my 16 week program
- Take my HOA test...this is a new type of loan product that I have to be certified to be able to offer. I am a perpetual student of my industry and always want to be ahead of the game.
- Buy Clash of the Titans and start to read it.
- Post on Craigslist every day
- Look into Google Auto Response emails
- Get QR Code Magnet for my car and start to give away as freebies to Realtors to use on their signs
- Write Recommendation letter for fellow agent that wrote me one
- Attend 1 networking event
- Meet with minimum of 2 Realtors
- Mail out the rest of my HUD's for loans that closed in 2010 as a thank you and a way to remind past clients that they need to bring the HUD to their CPA for tax write offs
That's it for this week! OMG! Its a lot but man what a productive week I'll have if I get all of this done. Wish me luck and follow along if you can.
