Yesterday, I posted a blog, "It takes a Team to get a home ready to sell".
The biggest part of transforming a VERY dated home into something that will fetch top dollar in todays market is having someone with a vision for how to do it on a budget. The vision for all of my remodels and staging come from fellow active rain blogger, Kerry Roth, of Decor Staging.
