15,506 square feet? What do you do with a home that large? I bet it would be fun to inspect! Indoor pool, movie theater, bowling lane, game room, library, eighteen bathrooms.....

Diane - fantastic work, and I have several customers who are looking into gated communities. Russel - If people only bought what they needed, we wouldn't have a job. Nobody even needs to live in San diege, they could live somewhere with a much lower cost of living. But if you have a lot of money, why not buy a really nice house. If you die with a lot of money, the government is going to take half of it anyway. Enjoy it while you are can, and prevent it from being sent to Argentina or Mexico.
