We take Our Fun and Fundraising Seriously...in Seacoast New Hampshire

The 12^th Annual Hampton Beach Penguin Plunge Fundraiser Event on February 6, 2011 helps raise awareness and support for the athletes of Special Olympics New Hampshire. This is the New Hampshire Chapter of the Special Olympics started by Eunice Kennedy Shriver on July 20, 1968 in Chicago. Today non-profit Special Olympics New Hampshire helps 3,500 intellectually challenged children and adults train and compete in state and national athletic events.

 Think you know what a Penguin Plunge is all about? Yeah, you probably do. Its your most frigid nightmare, but hey, its for a good cause.
