Kodak Video Challenge - Schweitzer Real Estate - The Ridge at Schweitzer

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty-Schweitzer Mountain, Sandpoint, Idaho SP37235

OK.  Here goes my first attempt at video marketing.

The (hopefully) correctly imbedded video is of my new listing on Schweitzer Mountain...The Ridge.  This afternoon, a potentially massive snow storm is approaching from the North.  If you had a home on The Ridge, you could watch all the storms come in and get "psyched" for the greatest powder skiing on the planet the next day!

Cool video. I like that you commented on the lots in the development and included price ranges. The free shuttle service comment was good too. Thanks for sharing your video.

Kent, You did an incredible job on your video. I think you are a pro!  No clue that this was your first.  You did a fantastic job of marketing the mountain property.  It's gorgeous! Great job!

Hi Gab!  Next stop...Hollywood!  (BTW, there is an ongoing debate on how to pronounce SCHWEITZER.  I pronounce it "SHHWYTZER" & some pronounce it "SWYTZER".  After owning property here for 33 years, I still am not sure who is correct.

Hi Elisa - Thanks for checking in.  I'm not sure this is the greatest video...I promise, it will improve over time.  First, I need a decent video camera.  This was done with my iPhone.

Hi Elizabeth - You are WAY too kind.  I need more comments from you!  I like feeling good!

Hi Lee & Pamela - You are correct!  This IS a skiers' PARADISE!  In fact, I'm heading up right now to check out the latest "dump".

Good job Kent! Beautiful scenery and great information! I've been looking at the different entries -- it's fun to see the variety. Can't believe the great video from your iPhone. I just got one and will have to try out that feature.
