Sales volumes and prices for single-family homes in the Jacksonville area increased slightly in November 2010. The Florida Association of Realtors, notes that sales volumes rose by 8.4 percent to 912 from 841 sales in October 2010, however sales fell by 17 percent year over year from 1,101 in November 2009.
Average prices in the Jacksonville metro area increased to $144,700 in November — a 2.6 percent improvement from $141,000 in October.
