How often do you receive BPO requests from Integrated Asset Services??

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 New Millennium

I signed up with Integrated Asset Services about 2 months ago and have only received 2 BPO requests from them.  Each time they have called me directly asking me if I would be interested in doing an Internal BPO.  I have accepted both of them and deliverd the BPO on time.  They have come back with questions and have asked me to update some of the information and I have done so in a matter of minutes.  My question is, How often do you receive BPO requests from Integrated Asset Services??  Should I be getting more requests from them?  Each of the requests that I have performed have been 2nd BPO requests.  I have never received a 1st request.

Also if you have done BPO requests for IASReo have you received listings as a result of the BPO that you performed.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Hang in there, Stacy.

Although they don't provide a highest volume of BPO work, IAS does come through with more than a few every month for me. If you've answered their questions satisfactorily, I'm sure they'll keep in touch.

Their orders tend to come more toward the middle of the month, for some reason.

Yes, I've received REO listings as a result of doing BPO work, although listing volume has been down of late (lender moratoriums may have more to do with that).

Hi Stacy!  I was looking up Integrated Asset services here on AR and found your blog.  I signed up with them quite a while back and just a couple months ago, the orders really started coming in.  I have done as many as 5-6 in a week.  Not EVERY week mind you, but I wish!

I did call my asset manager there and asked her what I would need to do to get REO work, and she told me that my area is low for REO's and to just hang in there and keep doing good, consistent BPO's and the REO work will follow.  I hope its soon.

I can tell you that they are good about paying for the BPO's and usually pay in a matter of weeks, which is nice.  Good luck!

We have done quite a bit of work for IAS but getting paid is another matter! We have been fighting for over 3 weeks trying to get paid for BPO's that are over 45 days out! Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm having a payment issue with them right now. Now lately I've had two requests for orders, and I turned them down. They use to pay about every 45 to 60 days. I have outstanding orders from almost a year ago.

I am so glad I found this site.  I was wondering if I was the only one Integrated owed bpo money to.  To date, they owe me $1400 dating back to June of last year.  The check I received from them prior to June was also difficult to get.  I kept accepting orders because they kept giving me reasons (excuses) for their accounting/system problems.  They continued to promise payment & would give me sometimes over $100/order - probably because noone else would do business with them.  We are very rural here in TN, and I am out alot of gas money driving to get these orders.  Also, it bothers me that they are very relentless checking on orders - even calling and emailing on Sunday mornings for status updates.  A couple of days ago, I told them I would no longer accept an order if they could not provide me the check # or proof of payment on the way.  They are not respecting me to pay me on time, even though they are very agressive to receive orders on time - not fair!!!  What makes it worse is that I had a prematue baby born in October (spent 86 days in the hospital with her) - I continued to do work (needed the money especially bad) on my laptap from the hospital.  I explained this to them - they just say they are referring it to an accounting manager to contact me - they never do!!!

IAS is probably the worst BPO company for which I have worked. Their forms are ridiculous..difficult to fill out....doesn't matter how well the comps match...never suits their "QR TEAM". 9 out of 10 times, I usually have to redo 50% of the comps even though they do match county records regarding Sq Ft etc. They....they DON'T pay!!!!!! I have not been paid for 6 months....they owe me over $1700 as of today. This is the second time I have had to call them for payment. Amazing how they want orders done in 48 hours but don't want to pay after 6 months. BEWARE!!!!!

I am owed money for BPOs from IAS as well. I am located in a small eastern Kentucky area which makes the BPOs time consuming to conduct as properties are located miles from each other. I have quit performing BPOs from any company from the state of Colorado as I was told that IAS uses different company names.  I can't afford to do "free" BPOs.

IAS is the WORST company to work for.  I have not been paid since 6/6/12, It is now 8/15/13.  I have

filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and IAS has ignored their efforts.  They will not return emails

or calls.  They owe me appx $1000. that in this economy, I could really use.  I would be very careful about

working for that scum company unless you like to work for free.
