Home Stager with Stage Tucson! Professional Home Staging

Well, great news!  I met with my "LINKS" networking group here in Tucson, AZ yesterday and got some news that we Stagers all love to get for our "stories to tell" category. Jeff and Cindy Monger of Long Realty belong to my group and these are two Realtors that I just LOVE so much because they use "Stage Tucson!" to do consultations for all of their new listings. (Oh if we only had 30 or so of these Realtors in our back pocket)  Anyway, Cindy was thrilled to tell me that a listing that we did a consult for over the Labor Day Week-end sold within 7 days!

Hurrah!!..... with the Real Estate Market in Tucson being a little slow (to put it mildly) --....  I can tell you that the Sale was accomplished with a Team Effort!!  Firstly, hats off to Jeff and Cindy - these are two Realtors that really think "outside the box." I've grown to know them quite well, and they are continually harvesting ideas that can "conceive and achieve"....   and of course, the Sellers were completely receptive to the suggestions in the consultation and did 90% of what was outlined.  Obviously the third part of the link was....Stage Tucson!  Consults are a part of our business that both my business partner, Nancy Mahlstede, and myself just love love love! They are a "win win" situation and there is NO doubt about it!

Anyway........as you can tell, I'm just high on Staging!  Have a great week everyone!

Go Team!!  Rah!!

Were you a cheerleader Nancy?  ; ) It's always great to hear about, in general, people who utilize the resources available to them and wind up with fantastic results.  It's great that you have such receptive realtors that you work with and from other blogs I've read, I'm hoping that this will become even more prevalent.

Woo Hoo, Nancy.  Way to go! Thanks for sharing.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find 30 more Realtors to work with. - Calie

Hey I am so glad that you have a great results! BTW I think LINKS is an awesome name for a group. It's all about linking each other's connections and make the links stronger, right? Just like AR ;)

Cheers,

Cindy
