Newport Coast Realtor Home Tour of August 30, 2007 listed five homes open for previewing.   There seems to be a surge of new activity over the past couple of weeks and I expected more homes coming onto the market this week.

Each week I try to tour each New Newport Coast Home that comes on to the market for sale.  As a buyer's representative I feel that my client's best interest is served by knowing the available inventory.

Search the currently available Newport Coast real estate or that any of surrounding communities such as Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar or Balboa Island  just enter the area and price range of the properties you would like to see.

DQue's Views:  Split three car garages, I love walking into this home.  The entry is on a grand scale for a home of this size and the high ceilings make for a comfortable and spacious feel.  The spiral staircase across the room and the polished marble floors adds to the feeling of grandeur.  Home has a cozy kitchen with hardwood cabinets and granite tops.  The quaint back yard looks up to the homes above.   The downstairs study or office could be a bedroom if needed.  The master suite is nice and comfortable and the bath has lots of working room with split vanities.  I feel this is a nice home for the price.

DQue's Views:  The back of the tract location makes for a quiet area without much traffic.  I like this floor plan as it creates an enclosed court yard for parking or play before the garage; there is a formal sitting room and a bed and bath down stairs offering flexibility if needed.  Nice kitchen with a huge island and butler's pantry.  The family room is quite large for holiday entertaining.  A sparkling pool and nice backyard will make our Newport Coast forever summer days even more enjoyable.  Master suite is spacious and functional and I really love the architectural details of the office wing that span's over the driveway below.  Another great home without breaking the bank.  Sorry but there is only one photo available.

DQue's Views:  The first thing I noticed about this home is the parking.  I had to park a block away and this was mid day.  The home is located on a small cul de sac and shares a driveway with another home.  The garage is a split tandem.  One enters into a nice black marble entry; the home seems clean and fresh.  It does back up to Newport Coast drive and I am impressed that I do not hear street noise form inside.  The master is upstairs and the other bedrooms are on the lower level.  The kitchen, dining and family room are on the mid.  There is also a bonus or game room down near the large laundry room.

Darrel - I think it would be more effective and gain greater readership from consumers if you broke this up into individual listings. You may find it easier to use vFlyer.com or Postlets to format your listings as well. Just a thought...
