The Westridge Pointe neighborhood in Highlands Ranch is a beautiful neighborhood in Highlands Ranch's Westridge area.  I do find that there is a good amount of interest, in fact at times I have had Highlands Ranch home buyers specifically request to only see homes in Westridge Pointe.  The reasons have varied, but all tend to boil back to location. Easy commuting, gorgeous nearby parks, easy access to trails, walk to schools, the list goes on.

Located between Town Center Drive and Highlands Ranch Parkway, Westridge Pointe has a great location with its proximity to Redstone Park, Marcy Park, The HRCA Westridge Rec Center, Highline Canal, Highlands Ranch Golf Club, school, shopping and more. 

I even live in Westridge Pointe, have for 12 years now, and am so glad to call it home.

Westridge is part of the Douglas County School District and feeds into ThunderRidge High School with Trailblazer Elementary & RanchView Middle School as its feeder schools.
