Highlands Ranch Colorado Homes For Sale: Weatherstone NeighborhoodWeatherstone Neighborhood Highlands Ranch CO

Weatherstone is a beautiful community in Highlands Ranch that I always enjoy working in.  Over the years I have had several Highlands Ranch clients that have purchased homes in Weatherstone and it remains one of my favorite neighborhoods in the area.

Weatherstone is a outdoor pool community with a secondary HOA, and also boasts a beautiful park, school and trails.  In is an active neighborhood socially and you will find organized events for everyone throughout the year.

Located between Southridge and Westridge, there are a wide range of homes in Weatherstone from the $400,000's up to over $1 million with some semi-custom homes.  Many of the homes on the north west side of the neighborhood have above average yards with beautiful landscaping and outdoor rooms with fire pits and covered patios.

Weatherstone is part of the Douglas County School District and feeds into ThunderRidge High School with Stone Mountain Elementary (noted as one of the best elementary schools in Denver by 5280 Magazine, May 2010) & RanchView Middle School as its feeder schools.

Here are the latest homes available in the Weatherstone neighborhood of Highlands Ranch, CO.  This is a current IDX listing feed, so whether you view this page today when I post it, or a year from now, the listings are current as provided by the Denver MLS system.  Here is new real estate listings in Weatherstone if your prefer to view it in list form.  Weatherstone Neighborhood

Steve, These homes look lovely.  Do they have views of the mountains?  I have visited Aurora, Colorado, many years ago.  Just beautiful!

Hi Frances, yes, many of the homes do have mountain views, but not all. In fact, quite a few have wide open, nothing behind them but Colorado mountain views.  Aurora is not far at all, about 20 minutes.
