There are no changes with regards to the amount of active listings for Covina this week. The total of active listings remains at 221, just minor shifts within the price ranges.

The distribution of active listings looks as follows this week:
In addition to the currently active Covina listings, there are 41 Covina Homes and 3 Covina Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 46 Covina Homes and 11 Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
Between 01/01/2011 and 01/20/2011, a total of 20 Covina properties successfully closed Escrow - 3 Covina Condos (ranging from $155,500 to $230,000) and 17 Covina Homes (ranging from $245,000 to $522,000). Within the same time frame in 2010, a total of 24 Covina properties had sold.
