My Wednesday morning new home tour started with looking up homes in Bothell, Washington priced between $500-600,000, built between 2010-2011, 4br/2.5+ bths and within the Northshore School District. I came up with 5 that fit those search parameters.
Prior to leaving the office I pulled up GasBuddy.com to find out who had the best gas prices in Bothell? A great tool, I was able to same myself $.20 a gallon, yahoo!
