The Department of Veterans Affairs has posted the new limits Eligible Veterans may borrow when using a VA Guaranteed Loan.
These limits apply to all VA Loans closed January 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011.
The limit for a VA Loan in NJ is now $735,000, which means that, an eligible Veteran can borrow up to that amount and the VA will guarantee up to 25% of the loan in case of a default.
