Check out the crazy evening clouds on the north shore of Haiku Maui HI 96708. Winter weather conditions from Jan 18, 2011. Today the trade winds are back with a vengeance! We sure have been missing the usual weather pattern for Haiku, and we appreciate it when the wind blows.

Hi Georgi,

It was nice to see you during my most recent visit to the island. I love the photo. I just got around to posting the photos that I took when I went whale watching this December. It was a great trip and I was able to catch a couple of breeches. Thanks for the advise when I was there. I did join the association there and was able to line up some shoots while there. I had the opportunity to shoot the palm tree and orchid ranch that supplies the island with their trees and flowers. It was a really fun shoot and boy did I get some great pictures! Hope things are well for you and will look forward to seeing you again the next time I am in town!

Georgina - beautiful ..... I imagine the sky was full of color when the sun set/rose with that cloud formation reflecting the rays as the sun peaked over the horizon just below the clouds.
