After years of driving through the intersection of 2nd Ave and Hosea Williams and wondering when "something" wa
s going to happen on those four corners, it finally looks like East Lake is going to have it's own Village! This is going to have a very positive impact to the property values in the area, as well as provide a place for "East Lakers" to gather and enjoy the neighborhood. The proposed development will be called "East Lake Corners" I will update the blog as soon as additional information comes in, so stay tuned!
