Wow! What a week! This industry changes faster than most can keep up. In an effort to always stay
ahead of the game, I have decided to participate in a weekly training call so that I can keep up to date with everything changing and keep you all up to date as well! Look for more info on that soon. Here is this weeks accomplishments:
- Find 30 $2.00 bills to use for marketing to local Realtors that I want in my 16 week program DONE!
- Take my HOA test...this is a new type of loan product that I have to be certified to be able to offer. I am a perpetual student of my industry and always want to be ahead of the game. DONE! More on this awesome program coming soon.
- Buy Clash of the Titans and start to read it. DONE! Loving it so far
- Post on Craigslist every day DONE! I missed yesterday but I'm going to restructure my postings so that they are working more effectively.
- Look into Google Auto Response emails Not Yet done...its on my list though for next week.
- Get QR Code Magnet for my car and start to give away as freebies to Realtors to use on their signs DONE! Love this.
- Write Recommendation letter for fellow agent that wrote me one DONE!
- Attend 1 networking event DONE
- Meet with minimum of 2 Realtors Rescheduled for next week.
- Mail out the rest of my HUDs for loans that closed in 2010 as a thank you and a way to remind past clients that they need to bring the HUD to their CPA for tax write offs DONE! Told some Realtors about this and had them do the same. They loved it.
Overall a pretty good week. I hope that this is helping to motivate and keep everyone focused on what holds you accountable. This blog does it for me. If you have other suggestions or ideas or want more information on what I'm doing, feel free to contact me directly.
