South Texas Ranches ... Eagle Ford Shale ... Texas Better Beef

While on my way to list a Ranch, I get to see some very interesting sights. In Texas there are quite a few ranch entrances that really make a statement some these entrances costs would shock anyone . some cost almost as much as a small home ....but this entrance is so creative and inexpensive but makes a statement .......as they say a picture is worth a thousand words  .............

I just had to stop and take a picture of this gate.     So now....Give me your thoughts on this ranch entrance !!!

Working on my ranch listing , there are a number of  Exotic Animals , Horses and even Texas Better Beef you get to see.

On the way home I had to take another picture...

So ..What is this animal ?

Forget the ranch! What are you doing with those baby crawfish!  Can I have a couple of them?

Love the "Lazy Ranch" entrance - - I think it makes the perfect statement.  Is that a llama?  In North Bath, we have a small bison ranch and in Wiscasset I know of an Alpaca Farm - - lots of people keep goats, sheep, here, and I'm sure we have llama, but I just don't know where!  We used to have a therapy pony that lived right in Bath - he moved away.  Robert, I do so enjoy all of your photos -- I really need to remember to take more when I am out and about!

Dear Robert,

Love that entrance, shows a lot of imagination, and love the alpacas, we have a few farms around here.  Nice shots.  A

Robert, that is one ugly llama.  It must be quite different working a listing on a ranch.  Sounds like it would be a lot of fun!
