The mountains of snow are everywhere. It has been hard to maneuver around corners in these parts.  So I think that we are past our annual snow accumulation but there is no end in sight. For those of you in warmer parts of the country I thought I give you a few pictures of what it's like around Ct. No don't feel sorry for us it's just part of living in New England.

You might be wondering how this is affecting the real estate market. It seems that many of us are seeing some improvements over last year. I've been busy with buyers since December with several closings in January/February. Whether the spring market will take off in February remains to be seen . We just need a little cooperation from mother nature.

That is a whole lot of snow! I hope you and your family drive safely in that weather! It will be spring before you know it, in the meantime I would build a house out of snow and for fun put your real estate sign in front of it and have another sign saying for a limited time only.. That would be AWESOME! Take a picture and put it up here on activerain!

YIKES!  Way too cold for me.  If it doesn't get up to the upper 60's during the day in the Phoenix area, I'm freezing to death.  I would have to hibernate if I lived where it snowed.
